Thin, double-edged blade engraved with patters similar to foliage, base with one blade per each side, sharpened and with the same decoration. Bone grip and scabbard (parts missing) engraved with figures, animals and floral motifs, metallic mounts decorated with animals and floral motifs. Band with suspension ring similar to those of kindjal. Persia, circa 1900 length 59.5 cm.

The grip carved of elephant, bolsters lacking. The single-edged blade with gilt panels, signed AMAL ABDALLAH (Work of Abdallah) with upswept tip and showing evidence of wootz damascus steel. The velvet-covered wooden scabbard with finely nielloed silver locket and chape. Latter 18th century. Overall length 25.4 cm. Condition III

Stunning Chinese Yongzheng porcelain plate ca 16-17th C. Decorated with Phoenix & birds in famille rose enamels, gilt highlights, a superb piece. Diameter 22.3 cm. or approx. 9 inches. Impressive late Victorian silver-mounted horn-handled treen walking stick or cane. The horse hoof-form handle over silver collar hallmarked London, 1892, maker's mark indistinct, to a tapering shaft with brass ferrule, 34", (86cm) long. Condition Report; Some tarnishing/wear to silver collar, otherwise good.

Fine Victorian horn-handled novelty walking stick or cane. Modelled as the head of a greyhound or whippet, with glass eyes, to a metal collar and rootwood shaft, 33.5", (85cm) long. Condition Report; Later rubber ferrule. Minor losses to top edge of metal collar.

Framed. The plaque painted with various birds perched and flying among flowering prunus, with inscription and two seals. The plaque approx. 19 1/4 by 6 1/8 in., 49 by 15.7 cm. No imperfections noted.

Chinese bronze inkwell depicting the buddha adorned in robes and holding jewels, with two enamel medallions to the front of the throne. Approx. 5 5/8 by 4 1/8 in., 14.5 by 10.5 cm. Condition is consistent with age.

Impressive Silver Art Nouveau Dress Cane-Ca. 1910-Long silver handle topped by a tapering loop ending with a flower, ebony shaft and a metal ferule. The upswept petals of the flower show some traces of gilding and speak for a cyclamen, and, the floral twig with buds applied on the vertical stem hints in that direction as well. German hallmarks. Size; Handle is H. 7” x 3”, overall length 36 ¼ inches. Great condition.
